What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

According to our Deed, the last easement and right of way was dated in 1970 to a power and light company. This company closed the "station", has not used to property, nor maintained the road that leads to the property which is on our land - for 11 years.
We were made aware several months ago that this "station" and the property it sits on has been sold, but cannot get the bank to tell us to who or if they will be using the road that cuts thru our property.
How do we find out if a NEW easement and right of way have been given to someone - and do WE have any rights at all in this decision? I guess the lien holder of our property can grant an easement without our knowledge?
If a new easment has been granted (or not) - how do we get whomever is responsible to take care of the road that was built for access?

Many easement run with the land in perpetuity, until abandoned. The owner of the station can sell it without needing a newly granted easement. The easement transfers with the station, unless you are aware of specific time limiting language as part of the easement.
