Is the Sunshine law just for Florida?

Was wondering if the Sunshine law only exists in Florida or are there other states that are part of this law.

Specifically looking at Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, North Carolina S.C etc.

I thought the sunshine law fell under a higher power. Whether it be Mother Nature or God or whatever, I think any law involving sunshine is beyond any states court.

ok, makes sense. Now how do I find out if hunting license holders information for Georgia is public information under the sunshine law or any other law?

Looking for a list of license holders in Georgia.

I would suspect it is public information but I wouldn't think it would be something available by any means short of making a request to the involved department within the state.
