BTW, there are criminal convictions for posting photos without permission. I doubt your ex said to go ahead and post them and now is after you because you posted them.

Since you are already on probation for some other crime, do you believe any jury will believe you over your ex?

I can't wait to see the pictures of you as the wife of your cellmate on your honeymoon the first night in prison.

By the way...it is not a crime to post pictures of others on the net...if it is not for profit.

If I had made money, it would be a crime...I made no money..and the fact that no IP address was recovered there is no beyond a shadow of a doubt who posted what...

I can take pictues of anyone...even you stephenk in public places and post them on the net...as long as I don't make money..

Ever check out the voyeur forums...plenty of pics of naked beach ladies and ex-girlfriends on the net.

The only case that they could have against me is telecommunications harassment...as the prosecution would claim I caused the harrasment..since she left it up for a weak, that would cast doubt on such claim, that and no IP address....kinda hard to point the finger with speculation in US courts.

I also called her to get my property back, she has yet to give me my house key back along with clothes and cd's.

The more you post the more idiotic you appear.

Ha, I haven't read this in a long time and nothing came of any of it. Ya, some of this **** that people wrote sounds dumb as it did the day they wrote it.

A lawyer isn't going to call you names when you look for advise, adults play kid games in relationships ever damn day**************hell, even judges act like little kids some of the time.

Anyway, she was a no good girl and proves that from time to time. She's the kind of girl that gets a restraining order than try's to have contact.....that is a stupid game.

Anyhow, I was just looking for some kind of information and it seems that the courts don't always do what they could do**************.so I got off lucky legally speaking.
