What is the name of your state?Oklahoma, I wanted to know if anyone knew if there is a sol when it comes to foreclosure , I thought the house was paid for , Ex spouse took out either a second mortage or a line of credit not sure which either way Company notifies me house is being foreclose Since no payments since 1997 . First notice about this matter in Dec.2003 Put the house up for sale in Feb 2004 Unsold as of this date Court date is June 18, Can I use Sol as a defense on this.Thanks in advance Melody
