Divorce final in Oklahoma.

I was awarded a pension in the divorce settlement, (charged as you know to me as an asset in the balancing act) which
I have recently found out is not in effect since the ex wasn't vested. I'm trying to find out if there is a statute of limitations to file against him with the court for indirect contempt. I found the statute that would apply, but I'm having trouble finding out if there is a limitation. Thanks
