What is the name of your state? California

I am most likely going to be filing suit against my former employer for constructive discharge. I have a pretty solid case put together, and am just wondering if there are any laws that specifically relate to managers not discussing your salary with your coworker/peer? This was done in front of me. Obviously, it helps my constructive discharge argument, but was just curious if there was anything more specific. Thank you!

There aren't any laws state or federal that prohibit someone whether a manager or worker from discussing someone's salary. That would be an internal company policy and it would be very unprofessional and unethical

And, based on what mlane said, if this is a part of your constructive discharge suit, I wouldn't put much stock in it doing you any good.
