I have a daughter who will be 7 years next month. Her biological father rarely has anything to do with her. He was never home when we were together and we broke up when my daughter was almost 3 years he never saw her. I had to beg him to visit and that didnt work then he got a girlfriend and tried to impress her by taking my daughter. Then he only saw her when it was convenient for him. He would say he was gonna get her and then I wouldn't hear from him for like a month. Then when it came to him giving me money for her preschool he stopped talking to her or me. Then he went into the military, child support has never once been paid and he never calls. His wife would call every once in a while to say hi. finally i just decided to stop letting my daughter talk when they call i told my daughter she could call when she wants but she doesn't ever talk about them EVER. My husband wants to adopt but the "sperm donor" says he wont sign the rights over cause he is the father. Are there any loop holes to get his rights taken from him?

I hate that phrase sperm donor. He is the father. Now was he ever legally found to be the father?

So are there any court orders for support or visitation? Oh and loopholes? Ummm no. YOu can attempt to push a stepparent adoption so you can play musical daddies and have dad's rights involuntarily terminated.
