Kansas ---- I was just wondering if there is any way to get around a DPOA... my dad's brother and sister-in-law have DPOA over my grandpa and I feel that they do not have his best interest at heart. Is there anything that my family can do inside or outside of court?? They did the same thing to my grandma and she went from being perfectly healthy in May to dead in Nov. I don't want the same thing to happen to my grandpa. Is it possible to have a DPOA revoked if you can prove all of this in court?? Please help me save my grandpa!!

If grandpa is still competent, he can probably revoke the DPOA if he wants to.

If he is not competent, then you can file a guardianship/conservatorship over him and ask the court to revoke the DPOA. I have no way of knowing how the court would rule.

If grandpa is competent, then this is what he wants since he said in writing the bad people can be his poas.

I don't know any secret ways of doing stuff.

Wish I did.

There are a few people I could use it on...hmmmm.... :D
