is there anyone from the uk who can help with my parental responsibility battle

i have full parental responsibility for my daughter my ex partner wants to take me to court for joint responsibility i am refusing because he only wants it to have control he is a control freak, and loves to make my life hell. i got back with my ex husband and my daughters father doesnt like the idea of someone else being in her life he has made threats and been abusive he has also tried to poison my daughters mind against him she is only 6years old and doesnt understand. i have changed her name so that she has the same name as myself and her 2 brothers. also i am moving do i have to tell him my new address (im not moving out of the country) he has the phone number .i would be ever so grateful if anyone who knows uk law could help me as i live in england uk thank in advance

I surely hate to see you get yelled at for posting on a site that specifically says United States law only. You may have some success locating another poster from the UK by doing a search on this site. Perhaps you can contact a previous poster from the UK by this method.
Be glad you aren't royalty, otherwise I'd have to warn you to stay away from tunnels lest they get you, too. (that was really rude of me, and I apologize to the Crown, but I believe in the Conspiracy Theory! ever wonder why we haven't seen satellite photos of the tunnel at the time of entrance? and what were they doing at that library for 45 minutes with Diana bleeding to death the whole time?)

i am sorry ididnt notice what an idiot but never mind i dont suppose you know of any sites do you ? i agree with you on the dianna theory there were a lot of unanswered questions and i took no offence its not easy to offend me i have looked on the net but cant seem to find any thing that would be of any help but if you know of anything or one would be very much appreciated .

oh thanks hun ill try it .ive never been to thetford i live in middlesbrough in the north east we all love to make a show of our selves go out get drunk and do silly things but hey lifes for living and enjoying your self , thanks for the link ill give it a go ps i never touch the mustard ouch
