I am taking my ex-boyfriend to small claims court and he knows I can prove every penny. He is telling people all around town that I have a cocaine problem that he supported while we lived together and that is why he should not have to pay me. Him and I both know this is not true and I told him that I would submit to a drug test to prove it. He has even told me that this is going to be his defense in court. Is this defamation? If so what can I do about it?
