Is this a bank levy?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IN
Monies have been forzen in my checking account due to a judgement in small claims court. The bank still has the monies it froze orignially, but since then I did deposit some monies to cover an outstanding check and that check was covered and I have been able to withdraw monies from that account also. From what I have read when a levy/freeze happens, nothing can be taken from the account, so is this a levy?

Also I have filed for the judgement to be set aside, can the creditor request another freeze or a garnishment while my request has yet to be decided by the judge?

According to the collection agency I owe about $2100, the monies got from my bank account is about $400. But the bank still has it, so I am unsure what is up? I filed a motion to have the judgement set aside but no answer yet from the judge and it's been almost a month.
