I bought a $10 dvd from a website called mydvdfightclub.com back in November 2007. After I had bought this dvd it said that I had subscribed to the dvd fight club program and I could "cancel at anytime". Problem is there is no cancellation button or contact info to cancel. I opened a dispute with the BBB and did get a refund and a "promise" that my subscription was canceled. I keep getting billed three times a month and losing about $60-75 a month and they do not return my phone calls and emails. What can I do next?

Have you tried checking WhoIs to see who the website is registered under? There has to be contact info in there, and if you can get that info, I would file in small claims court to get your money back. That's just a bunch of bull crap.
