What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin

I recently became P.O.A. for my mother & father in place of my "sister" who got caught taking money from their bank account w/o asking.

Now she's calling cable, tenants, electric, ins., Dr's., etc...etc... and telling them to just keep sending her the bills because she's still P.O.A. and it's making things difficult.

Is this a crime in any way?

Thanks

Depending on the exact facts, maybe. But, rather than going there, why not fix the problem?

Have mom send a letter including your POA and the removal of sister as POA to all the creditors and give the address you want things sent. Problem solved after a couple of follow-ups.
