**A: there is no law requring engagement contracts to be notarized and to have the same dates.

Im not sure anything is wrong with the dates. But I do know that he is not doing his job. I have had my benefits stopped 3 different times by workers compensation commision and the lawyer has made no attempt to help yet. 2 out of 3 times I call he does not return my call. When they denied my prescriptions it took him 3 months to protest.
So is there something I can do?
