What is the name of your state?

Kentucky

Two attorneys that have been assigned to me. Both withdrew from the case

The first one. The judge ruled in my favor saying a paternity test was not needed. Even though my son's mother's attorney argued for one. She ruled in my favor .

An hour later my attorney sends me an email and tells me that if I do not do what my son's mother attorney wanted and get the paternity test that I would lose my child

When I brought this up he withdrew.

My second attorney. In regards to the adoption case originally told me that he would be putting my son's mother on the stand to answer 30 questions under oath in regards to her wanting to adopt my son out. To her now husband.

A couple days later he tells me he never told me that and that he would not be putting her on the stand to answer any questions.

He withdrew

The FOC involved in the case wrote in her paperwork that I was delusional and a liar based on some quack Dr saying I tested positive for marijuana and set in his office and drank a six pack of beer. Even though I have color photo copies of the drug test of the day he claims this showing I did not test positive for marijuana and as far as sitting in his office and drinking a six pack of beer on face value alone is absurd considering that same day that Dr wrote me out prescriptions for narcotics. Now if that were true (which it's not) or if it's false (which it is) the Dr is neglectent. What Dr writes out dangerous narcotics to a guy who he said is sitting in his office drinking a six pack of beer getting drunk?

I have had a GAL assigned to this cause a year ago yet this GAL has not contacted me ONE TIME. NOT ONCE

please guys I need some legal advice
You were advised already that there is nothing we can do re your very complex case(s), you NEED an attorney to assist you. You may file a complaint with the KY Bar Association re your attorneys but expect it to go nowhere.

I received your private messages, 4Lom49. It is good that you have been evaluated by a medical professional.

You might try finding an independent journalist who is intrigued enough by your story to do some investigative work on your behalf.

Please do not keep starting threads on this forum about this same issue. We have explained several times why you are not going to be able to find the help you need here. Your concerns exceed the scope of this forum.

Good luck.

It won't happen again guys

Thank you for the advice

Hope to come back with good news one day. But I'm doubtful.
Probably fighting a losing battle

But I've got to try

Maybe you could try reaching out to Kentucky Legal Aid or a local bar referral service for a new attorney-sometimes they have free or low-cost help. Make sure you keep all your emails, doctor records, and court papers in one folder so it’s easy to show what really happened.

Suggestions like these have been offered in the past. 4Lom49 has a posting history on this forum that you should have reviewed before posting.
