I write an article about certain topic. But the article is copy and pasted from different websites with same topic that i wrote without using blockquote. The point is i wrote an article with paragraph from different website but im using Superscript(ex: abc[SUP][1][/SUP] on each paragraph that i copy pasted and hyperlink in it to my reference at below article, similiar to wikipedia. But i don't copy the entire website paragraph, just a few line or paragraph that important.

Example Article

Website A :

Earth
The mother earth is a place that we all lives. <-- copy pasted

Website B :

Earth Benefit
The mother earth can give us a change to live. <-- Copy pasted

My Article (website A+website B+My Writing) :

The Mother Earth
The mother earth is a place that we all lives[SUP][1][/SUP]. (<-- copy pasted from website A) The mother earth can give us a change to live[SUP][2][/SUP]. (<-- Line 2 copy pasted from website B) Conclusion, earth is a dope place. (<- My writing)

Well, what you have done is infringing. You've not indicated enough to tell if it would meet the US definitions (let alone your unspecified country) of fair use. If you were writing a review piece comparing the two other works, you might get away with brief quotes to show comparison, embedded in your larger piece. If you just cut and pasted the two works together, it sounds like it would not be fair use. You can't make a collection or anthology without permission of the contributing authors.

Ryuuzaky007, as said to you in your previous thread, the laws of the US are not the ones you need to concern yourself with as it will be the laws of your country under which you will be sued, should a copyright holder take exception to your use of their material.

If you want to use copyrighted material in your own work, getting permission from the copyright holder prior to use is smart and is recommended.

Because the laws in the US are not the same as the laws in your country, you should seek out legal assistance where you live.

Good luck.
