Is this contract a valid contract

What is the name of your state? Alabama
Back in January I signed a contract and never was given a copy of it. The manager was suppose to make a copy for me but never did. It was only me and him at the signing and it wasn't notorized, I don't know if this matters or not. There were several pages to it but only about 2 places to sign. I'm not sure exactly how many places but I know there were pages that had no place for a signature.

It was for satellite tv installs it was signed in Chattanooga TN. I have a copy of a contract(not mine just one that wasn't filled out) and it says it would be governed by the state of Texas.

After I posted my post.

When I started reading this thread I realized I had just read the other thread by the OP and didn't completely read your post before I posted my post. Therefor if mine had been a pre-post to your post it would have some value but due to my negligence what would have been of value if it had been a pre-post to your post then became redundant to your post due to the fact that it was a post-post to your post. I will proceed with more dilegence in an attempt to provide information when posting to any post from this post forward.
