Ok I live in Michigan. I wasw at a WMU Hockey game and I went to the bathroom to mix my drink. I walked out of the bathroom and a cop was there.
"Hey buddy can I see what you got in that drink there", the cop said.
"No", I said.
Then he took it from my hands and put my hands behind my back.

Now y question is, is that legal?

Underage drinking is illegal.

Cops arresting underage drinkers is not only legal, but necessary.

Why was this so hard for you to comprehend?

By the way, that whole "let's go into the bathroom to put bourbon in our cokes" ploy was old when I went to college... and I was watching "Who Shall, HERSHEL" Walker play for my beloved Bulldawgs.

You basically painted a sign on your back that said, "watch this kid on the way out" when you walked in with a cup. To a bathroom.
