Ok so I am divorced since 2 years, divorce took over 3 years to go thru and my ex has made every single false allegation she could.
Ok so during the divorce procedings it's fair game I ear. FINE

But now we are 2 years divorced and that crap is still going on.
Last january, filed false report of kidnaping. That was cleared 5 month after in court and her case dismissed.

Then she tried to get a harasment order, ... samething, was denied but we did both agree on a restraining order from each other's home, ....

Then some punk kids smashed eggs on her car.
Same deal, called the cops, .... dismissed

Then she get her car stollen, ... and here again: "it's my ex, I know he did it, ..."

I am considering filling a suit against her but how and what?
is there such a thig as criminal slander ?
can someone simply keep calling the cops with no proof just to harass me ?
libel ?
