What is the name of your state? Delaware
A poster on a forum has posted this thread about another veteran and me.

Perhaps he did serve but i am not convinced. Never the less WWII proved that even though one served in the military say in Germany's or Japans, it was thought to be a high honor and was pattriotic. Yet many of them participated in or knew about atrocities. Many of the leaders and the most grevious rank and file were hunted down and tried for war crimes afterwards.

I believe that most in out military a honorable and ethical such as the ones that are speaking up about torture and in that video about chemical weapons. But there are some including ones like you who refuse to volunteer to go to Iraq, and who are gung ho about torture and killing civilians with chemical wepaons. This faction of the military comunity which includes you and FT and others in my opinion could be argued as war criminals. Now I know you may not be over there doing it, but you are knowingly approving it. Thus you and FT and guys like OS are no better than the war criminals in our govt leadership who are approving all this.

He does not have my real name only my screen name which is the only information I have on him. Is it defamation? Is there anything I can do about it. I have asked him to stop but he has continues to call us ****'s and War Criminals.

Good grief! Find something more constructive to do with your time. Nobody on that forum cares about you or what the other idiot said.

Thank you Dallas702. You and the poster I had the question about have helped to make it clear to me that Common Courtesy is not a requirement on the internet. It is now abundantly clear that anything goes. Next time a simple no would really suffice or you could just ignore the posts that you think are too stupid to answer. Thank you for your time and patience.

Thanks for the answer BelizeBreeze. I guess I'll have to let it go. The idea that someone who doesn't even know you and wouldn't talk to you in such a manner face to face just gets under my skin. It would be nice to be able to teach someone who thinks they are anonymous a lesson. Thanks anyway.
