Is this Discrimination?

What is the name of your state?Florida
Does anyone think that firing someone from a job just because they don't fit in is against the law? If the person is the only one in the office a certain ethnicity would that be considered discrimination?

"Not fitting in" is not an illegal reason for termination. The fact that the terminated employee is of a different ethnicity does not, in and of itself, indicate illegal discrimination. Is there some specific reason you feel that you may have been terminated SOLELY BECAUSE of your ethnicity? Any statements made by the employer?

I've been employed by a couple of companies where I knew before they did that I "didn't fit in". I got out of there as soon as I could.
