What is the name of your state? Alabama
A friend posted a message on my Myspace.com page and asked me when my next court date is.
Then I posted to my friends page: "in' Mid-July..sh#t sucks...the sad thing about it is, she just cares all about how other people view her; she's such a fuk-ing puppet.".... My question is:

Can this in any way get me in legal trouble or constitute "harassing communications"? or an Arrest Warrant? Is this enough for that? If not, and I am arrested, can I sue for damages and/or false arrest?

What I am asking , is what can it be used as or for?

averad--I am asking because I want to know the answer......I don't believe that it does, but, I am not a lawyer either. It's a pretty basic question and if you don't have an answer then don't reply.
