What is the name of your state? Washington

I bought a car from a lady who had bought the car at an auction for seized vehicles. When buying the car I was told, on paper, and orally, that it was a 96. But after I finally got the title in the mail, after almost 2 months, I was told it was actually a 91. Is this fraud on the part of the woman I bought it from? And where do I stand legally with the purchase of this car. Can I make her give me part of my money back, or make her take the car back?

It it you, the purchaser, that is obligated to verify all information about the vehicle is correct prior to purchasing it. You have no case.
