What is the name of your state? PA
If an individual files a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection accusing my company of decietful practices, even though I have had no business dealings with him, is this grounds for suit for defamation, slander or liebel?

Looking at someone cross-eyed is grounds for a lawsuit, albeit, a supercilious one at best.:rolleyes:
