is it illegal to make crimainl plans like for robberys and break ins like bank robberys and hi jacking UPS trucks.. and selling them to people (like criminals) because i have a criminal mind but dont want to do anything. just love to plan things

The crime is called conspiracy. The penalties are exactly the same as if you committed the crime yourself.
