What is the name of your state? CA
Hi,
I was wondering if its ok to patent and sell a product that could be associated with a famous person. For example if I sold
some bags of rice labeled 'Jerry's rice' at Raider's games?
Thank you

I would be willing to guess the folks that take car of personel matters for Mr. Rice probably would not car for your idea. The same would apply to other celebrities and sports stars. You would not want a visit from Big Vito telling you his boss is not happy with what you are doing. You should contact the persons management and see what they say first.
