What is the name of your state?Texas
My son and three other boys jump on a boy at school they took me son statement with a polic officer and I was not notified until after the fact my son had a learning diability so he can hardly read so the police wrote his statement and read it back to him. Next my son recieved alternative school for six weeks and has to go to court and probably pay a fine are do community service which is alright because he did the crime he deserve the time. But there was three other boys involved only one of them got alternative school and the other two got in school suspension. What can I do to make sure all four boys pay the same cost.

Nothing. If it is determined that the culpability of the boys was different, nothing in the law says they can't be given different punishments.

I'll be nice and give you the definition of culpable - next time, crack open the dictionary, Perry.

cul·pa·ble ( P ) Pronunciation Key (klp-bl)
adj.
Deserving of blame or censure as being wrong, evil, improper, or injurious. See Synonyms at blameworthy.

It sounds like they took into account your son's learning disability, that is why he was placed in the alternative school, that gives him access to specialized help, he should take advantage of the extra help. A learning disability is not an excuse to escape punishment for a crime.
