I live in the state of ohio. And a few days ago I answered a classified ad. The person mislead me into thinking that I was being hired to be a data entry specialist. So I paid for my "training package". But what I received was instructions on how to do exactly what they did to me.It really is the simplest method of making money i've ever heard of. My question is that if I do NOT misrepresent anything and offer to teach people how to help themselves, for a nominal fee, is it legal? And how do I find out what my local zoning laws are ect.? I do not expect or claim to make "money fast". Simply teaching people how to use the knowledge they already have. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Q: My question is that if I do NOT misrepresent anything and offer to teach people how to help themselves, for a nominal fee, is it legal?

A: If you are asking if you can continue the scam, then I say let your conscience be your guide.

Q: And how do I find out what my local zoning laws are ect.?

A: Go talk to the zoning bureaucrats in your jurisdiction.
