My XH bought me out on our home. He has refinanced the house to give me my portion. I have not received the monies yet but have noticed he has put the house under his name. Isn't there something I have to sign before he can do this?

If you gave him a quit claim deed prior to the refinance closing then no nothing is needed other than the quit claim deed....which means that you may have a problem. Consult a local attorney.
