My situtation is this, I went to get a loan. Upon qualifying for this loan I was told that I would not get the loan unless me and my wife sign a letter of arbitration. Is that legal? After signing the arbitration, I have tried to contact the company numerous times and have got the run around. At this point my question is, is there anything I can do legally? I was thinking of filing a class action lawsuit against this company. Please let me know. Thanks!

Taxman,

I'm not thinking of filling a class action lawsuit because they won't return my calls. It is because I don't think you should be forced to sign an arbitration as means to getting a loan that you qualify for... Do you get it??
