Can a public place put a ban on tobacco product use outside their property line?
I attend a public school in the state of Pennsylvania, and I was threatend by school officials for smoking after I had stepped off the property but was still in view of the building. They said they had a 1000 feet drug free zone that extends outside of the public school property? If this is legal then please post a link to the act that states this.
