Is this malpractice

I live in Georgia
I had bunion surgery on both of my feet by an orthpedic surgeon. He made my feet worse than before the surgery. I had to have both of them redone by another Dr. One foot was so bad he shortened my bone and I ended up being in a cast up to my knee for 9 weeks.

I also just found out that another girl that went to that same Dr. she got gangrene from him and she has to have 2 toes amputated next week.

You have not given enough information for anyone to tell if what he did was wrong or not. Just because someone else may or may not have had issues, and your surgery did not go as you planned does not mean there was malpractice.
