some 1 please reply to my post if u can help.. my friend is 17 years old and lives in atlanta georgia.. he has been in and out of juvinille for fighting.. a year ago he was shot.. at the time he was 16 and he got a letter a few weeks ago that said when he is 18 he must appear infront of a grand jury b/c they think he was in a gang and thats why he got shot.. and now they're saying if he cant prove he was'nt in the gang then he's going to get sent off.. but wouldnt the case be thrown out for insufficient evidence??? they can't prove he was/ is in a gang otherwise unless they were stereotyping him.. plz reply to this post if u can offer advice... thank you for your time
