Ohio my wife was refered to a pain specialist by our family MD. She has a rare nerve diorder that causes chronic pain {RSD}is the name.The pain specialist puts her on oxyContin {100MG}}until he can inplant a morphine pump.This is her only option no cure it just spreads.It is down the whole right side of her body now.Local Detective finds out about her illness and pump,so he get her prescription profile from the only Pharmacy she has used for last 3 years.It is three pages long and has alot of oxyContin on it.15 prescriptions fill every 30 day a prescribed by the DR.He also sees 8ounce bottle of vicodin-tuss cough syrup {5 day supply from Family MD.who is aware of the other meds she is on with 1 refill.By the way this detective is pissed off because he busted my son {drugs pot 2 pounds}and he got 2 years in prison det. wanted 5yrs.So he types up hi own prescription profile 1 page with only the oxyContin , and 240 Vicodin, he changed the 8 ounces of cough syurp to make it look like she recieved 240 Vicodin Tabs{BIG DIFFERENCE}.By the way my wife called our DR.saying she had a cough, he said he would call something into the pharmacy she did not request cough syrup.The Detective takes his 1 page rx profile to the specialist and ask him if se recieved 240 Vicodin from another DR. would he consider this deception when she recieved the OxyContin from him.He sighned a form saying yes, beleiveing she recived the 240 Vicodin.Two months later the cough is back and she refills it.So he is decieving this DR. into believeing she got 480 Vicodin tabs.At this time he has allready taken the actual prescriptions and Rx profile into evidence.The Vicodin-tuss 8 ounces says 1 to 2 teaspoons every 4 to 6 hours. The Rx profile has the generic version hydrocone & Guaifenesin Syrup 240 milliliters.She get arrested for 2 counts of Deception to Obtain Dangerous Drugs.Get thrown in jail for 8 hrs. and called a basket case by the fine Officer of The Law.This happens 2 week after my son is sentensed.The drug were obtained 3 years ago.He lets her know this is her sons fault because he did not get the 5 yrs. he recomendedto the Judge.He has allready comited 2 Felonies himself Tampering With Records & pujury before the GRAND JURY.The only evidence he has is his made-up RX profile and the specialist statement.No medical records did not talk to the family DR.and the original prescriptions.WE shell out $10,000 for a lawyer and he bring up the deception. Det say it must be a typo.After 6 months of pretrials all charges are dimissed.Because the say my wife produced recordeds knew she was seeing the specialist [FUNNY HE IS THE ONE WHO REFERED HER TO HIM]We want this Detective charged with the 2 fellonies he commited,and plan on sueing in Federal Court for Civil Rights Violations.We will get a fair trail there {not at the county court]i NEED ADVICE ON HOW TO BRING THIS ALL ABOUT.I KNOW I have to follow certian protocols.By the way all the specialist presriptions were The State of Ohio Workmans Comp Records. The cough syurp privite insurance.I am pretty sure the is special workmans comp forms to release the rx records ,witch he did not do.
