Please Tell Me How I Admitt My Lie
What is the name of your state?Tx In Oct. of last year the police were called to my because my boyfriend and i were fighting.He fled before they arrived.I was intoxicated and admitted only what i wanted the officer to know about what had taken place.I only told what he had done.I was given a card and told to come down to the station to file the next day.WEll,knowing that what had happened was fault on both our parts i didn't file.My boyfriend was arrested this week for assault on me.The Police filed these charges.Based on what i had told them that night.My question is whom do i need to tell this information to first?Do i go to the Police,County Att.,or wait until court date?Charges where filed threw County Att.office.And one more thing,will i face charges or be arrested?I can't just let him remain in jail knowing it was because of my lie.
