What is the name of your state? Minnesota

I sell advertising to local business' in the twin cities area and one of my customers is very upset about his ad. He has threatened to send out a big email to other associates voiceing his opinion on how bad me and my company is. The problem though, is that I explained everything to him and said if he didn't get his artwork to us in 2 weeks we had right to use temporary photos until he did this, then we can change it out. It also states it in the contract. He of course got his ad and said it looked like crap and nothing at all what he wanted. And I said it was because you didn't get your artwork in on time. He has since called me and my company and has been leaving vulgar messages about how he will tell everyone about how bad me and my company are and that nobody should do business with us. Obviously this will hurt my business grow and is totally false acquisations. I have hundreds of customers and my company has millions, and I have never been treated this way before. What can I do??

Nothing until he actually does something and then it will depend on exactly WHAT he does.
