I am asking this for a co-worker. I feel she don't have a case. She had an affair with a married man, he broke it off, confessed to his wife, and is still with his wife. The wife made up flyers and posted them all over town(it is a small town). My coworker is embarrassed, I told her she got herslf into this mess. She wants to sue the wife. does she have a case.

If you know *********** she slept with my husband, knowing he was married, and had a family. I am not saying my husband is innocent in all of this, but when he came clean, she continued to call our house, at all hours. We have changed our phone number, and are trying to put this behind us. So, this is a warning, before she finds her next victim.

Yep... BB is correct. If it's true she slept with the lady's husband, and it's true she's called all hours of the night the girl has no case. I suspect by the way that is worded the wife got advice on exactly how to do it so as the girl couldn't do anything...

BTW... good the wife!!!
