Hello,
Im in California and Im starting a tshirt company. The company Im starting is called "Goodvibes Threads" and we sell basic tshirts, tanktops etc to men and women. When I check the USPTO website, I see a "Live" listing for "The Goodvibes Tshirt Company". When I searched the internet looking for their products, it turns out that their store looks closed and I could not find any clothing online.
My question is that if they have a Live listing on USPTO, is it worth trying to trademark "Goodvibes Threads" since "The Goodvibes Tshirt Company" is so similar in nature and business? I dont want to waste the money applying if I will simply get rejected. Any help would be much appreciated!
