What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
So I just found out that my ex is pregnant with her boyfriend's child. She told me she is going to try to get child support payments stopped so she can afford to raise this baby that's on the way.
I barely receive anything from her as it is and my son and I are barely making it with my own income. I know judges don't stop CS just because fathers go out and have more children. Does the same apply for mothers?
I just don't think it's fair that my son should go without because she decided not to use birth control.
(I am the CP by the way.)

Thanks for your reply.

That's what I thought. She, however, seems to think the world can stop for her and her irresponsibilities.
