Isn't this discrimination

Northern Virginia, Honda of Fairfax:

I applied for a position as a sales rep. for a honda dealership. The general manager was very pleased with my outgoing personality and scheduled me for lab testing (drug). For some reason I was never able to take the test, rescheduled for 4 differnt times, excuses like: Not enought tech., nobody answering the telephone, very busy. I met another manager who felt highly about me, gave me a tour of the premises, suggested I ask the general manager to let me start before training so I can get familair with the paperwork, I was also scheduled to me the owner. But that was the problem: the owner. He never wanted to met me. 3 other sales reps (men) were hired right under my nose. I saw this with my own eyes. I was informed by a top sales guy "It's not the general managers fault, the owner does not like female sales reps on his floor. Now I'm being told they have hired the 3 sales reps they need. Thanks for applying. I'm pissed. But does this constitute discrimination? Am I fishing in the wrong pond? My spirit tells me to push for this one. This all started on 4/19 thru 5/7... I need advise.

Oh what fools some car dealerships are! I would rather buy a car from another woman than one of those "slick," usually "pretty boy," "smart as*ed," "bring in your husband" car salesMEN that's for sure!

File a charge with the EEOC for discrimination in hiring practices. If the dealership cannot prove it has hired women in the past as salesperson's, then they will have a problem.
