My isp shut down my site and has only indicated they received complaints but will not share the nature of those complaints.
My business is a reputable business with extrememly high praise and I suspect that the complaints were untrue and most likely submitted by a suspect whom is a competitor of my product.
How can I determine the nature of the complaints from my ISP (there is nothing in their policies about complaints) to determine if I can take action for trade libel against the party submitting false information about my company.
