What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

Sorry about the length its a long story.

Background:
Submitted my 30days notice on Nov. 11th. One week later landlord complains that no one wants to move in during the middle of the month, we both agree that it would be beneficial for both of us if I left on the 1st. Because of that agreement, I would be charged for everyday the apt was vacant up to the 11th and that it would be taken from my security deposit. On the 12th of November the landlord came over and did an inspection with a handy man for any repairs, the garage was a mess and she said that if it was not cleaned i would be charged for the damage. So I clean the garage, which was not perfect when I moved in, and leave my garage door opener and key in a kitchen cabinet, because the landlord lives in OR and that was how it was when I moved in. Because of our agreement regarding the 11 days she said I would get a call when the new tenant moved in so I would be aware of how many days I was charged for. I came back on the 2nd of dec. because I left a box at the apt that would not fit in my car the night before. The apt was locked and the lights were off, so I left thinking oh well. I call the utility company's the next day and they tell me a new tenant has already called about switching services. Then I swing by to pick up my mail and see them moving in, I call the landlord and give her my new address and tell her I was happy to see that she had gotten a tenant so quickly. She calls me 2 days later and tells me that she is sending the deposit on the 6th. Then 2 days after that she calls me and leaves a voice mail about the garage being filthy and that the new renters were moving in the next day and she had to postpone them, oh and she put a stop on my check. I get the check on the 9th and she took out the money for the 11 days even though there was a tenant there... I call her and leave a voice mail about the 11 days, she calls me back leaves me a voice mail about the garage and the tenants not moving in and that Im going to be charged and all that. I called her back and told her that I know she is lying about when the tenants moved in and that it was her own fault that she did not have someone inspect the place before I left and that I would be more than happy to correct the problem. I have not had any more calls from her, the check bounced, and I am now filing a small claims report.

Questions:

Since I relinquished my keys on the 1st and she did not inspect the place before then am I responsible?

She denied me when I offered to go back and fix it, can she still charge me for someone else to fix it?

Everyone is telling me that I can get her with fraud because of the 11 days and because she released me of the responsibility the lease held when I put my keys in the cabinet and that She couldn't charge me for the damage in the garage. Is that correct information, I don't want to take her to court if im going to loose and have to pay all her legal fines and travel expenses

Do you have anything in writing regarding her being amenable to you moving on the first?

Seems like she did an inspection on November 12th.

On the 12, the handy man she brought with her was to return on the 1st to inspect the place with me, he never showed. After I called her about it she asked if everything was clean and I said yes, she said it was fine.
No nothing in writing about leaving on the 1st, because she was out of state everything was over the phone. I did save the voice mails she left me about the garage.

Thank you for the reply
