What is the name of your state?Colorado

My daughter when to a used dealership in Denver traded in her subaru for a newer jeep and applied for financing. They told her to leave with the car and they would contact her when financing was done. A week or so later while she had the jeep it broke a rod? And the dealership is saying they didnt get financing approved but tried a different bank with a way higher interest rate. What are her legal rights at this point.? Can she return the jeep even though the rod is broken? and what about her subaru. Uggg she needs help So just to clarify, the rod broke before they contacted her about her financing not going through.

Does the dealership still have her Subaru?

How old is the Jeep?

What do the papers she signed say? She needs to read them carefully.

It is never a good idea to drive off a dealer's lot with a new/newer car when financing is not already approved.
