Issue with cable company.

What is the name of your state? CA


I own an apartment building. And when my tenants want to get calbe they call the cable company. And these people from the cable company just come to my house and drill holes where the want and have cable hanging all over my building.

Some of the ccable wires even go through one apartment to another (no they are not inside the wall out of site ).

1st, I know they are not really not suppose to do any work with out the premission of the owner. But I don't really want to revent them from doing any work because it will prevent my tenants from having cable (not good). I just want them to do a better job installing the cable and the clean up the messy cable they have all over my building.

Have any one deal with issues like these.
