Hi Everybody,
It's lengthy description. Please read and give a suggestion.

I bought a phone in wirefly with upgrade plan for my existing phone. But they sent me on new phone number for this. I sent back to wirefly on same day on FedEx with their return slip. Package delivered on Wirefly and wirefly said they didn't received the phone on that box.

I said, Please check with FedEx about this. Wirefly opened a claim to FedEx. After couple of weeks they got a message from FedEx with rejection. FedEx told they don't have a claim agreement with wirefly with return goods. Some one stolen my device on FedEx.

Mean time i got a call from my wireless courier about my billing. They said you are using international call on this phone. When i spoke to wireless carrier they told someone making calls from New York area to Jamaica and los vegas. I told them i didn't use this phone, i sent to wirefly 4 weeks ago, then they suspend this phone. I am daily chatting with wirefly and update the situation then they sent a email to my wireless carrier to cancel this Phone.

After couple of weeks, i got a call from wirefly and they are asking $ 250 for early termination fee. I bring up 2 questions with them.
1. I sent the package to Wirefly with in 30 days period ( It's reached in one week time)
2. Everyday i am contacting with them about the stolen phone issue, they never cancel
this phone before 30 days period. Every time they said we are inquiring on this. I sent
the phone for cancellation not for service.

Am i responsible for this? Still do i need pay cancellation fee?

Please give a suggestion and how to fight with them.

Thanks in Advance
