anyways im in sociology class at a university, and so it turns out that my teacher is a D.A now i did not know this till today. So anyways, heres what happened all of a sudden i spitted out that i heard that my employer does not have a lot of female co-workers because he is afraid that a sexual discrimination lawsuit might arise from him doing this, now when i said this the teacher got all up on my butt and start questioning me who this employer was because that is illegal what he is doing and i told everything except for the guys name. Now according to my classmates she is going to run an investigation on him. So then i got all scared and stuff that i might loose my job or worse i get dragged into this so i asked the teacher straight out what was going to happen she said nothing so now im still stuck here wondering if she is going to do something about it.
honestly i dont care what happens to the employer i just dont want to get dragged into any of this.
So the question is can an employer get a lawsuit for not having so many or if any female employees working for him.
