Hello,

I purchased a 3-shelf television/av equipment stand after visiting the mfr web page and noting the listed dimensions of the stand. I verified this information with a company rep via telephone to make sure my future stereo equipment purchase would fit on the shelves.

Long story short, shelves not big enough for my new equipment.

I would love any opinions on recourse to reimburse me my purchase price, as the mfr is unwilling to do a swap for another model, as is the online vendor I made the purchase through. I am considering small claims in either my state, or the other party's state of New Jersey, or perhaps both if I find it prudent.

I appreciate your time,
