What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Hamilton Ontario Canada
I am suing a contractor in Small claims court. I posted info re complaint about a building contractor who abandond a job after my efforts to get him to get the work done. The info that I posted was absolutely correct & stated exactly what happened .After a stall from him/his lawyer in court & 2 days before another appearance in court, I received a letter indicated that this info I posted on the net has caused him to lose business. The letter indicated that he would be filing a suit in a higher court against me for his loss of business. Can he do this to me.

I'm sorry, but as it says at the top of this forum's page, this site is for "US Law Only". No one will be able to help you with Candadian law.
