What is the name of your state?alabama
i would like to know what happens to the items in a house when a person dies and there is no will, my father died about 2 years ago and this was the case,he was remarried and his wife moved out after he died but she didn't take everything.someone has moved into the house and i would like to know how do you go by trying to items that was in the house do i need to contact the real estate company and how do i go by doing that.The items are his clothes,dining room set, blinds,stove, washing machine, and other personal items
