MISSOURI,
Can a Ex-Tenant post fliers, (with their old address on it) and falsely accuse the ex-landlord of selling or giving away their items, after they have moved out and left items in the house and made no arrangements with the ex-landlord to pick them up. The landlord couldn't contact them either because of no forwarding address and they left the state.

Who has what rights in this area?

Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thank you
